Rare wine specialist and wine auctioneer Fritz Hatton founded Arietta in 1996 in partnership with winemaker John Kongsgaard and his wife Maggy. The partnership was born of a shared passion for fine wine and classical music. The vinous inspiration for Arietta was an extraordinary 2.3 acre block of Cabernet Franc on the Hudson Ranch in Napa/Carneros. The fruit from this block of Cabernet Franc serves as the core of the Arietta Red Wine.

Laguna Canyon Winery is currently featuring three brands that are available in their two tasting rooms and 15 states throughout the United States. Their main premium brand 'Laguna Canyon', 'Purple Paws' and Wyland Cellars. A portion of all Purple Paws wine sales go the care of homless pets. Marine artist 'Wyland' embellishes the Wyland Cellars brand and a portion of the sales go to the Wyland Foundation which supports clean rivers, oceans, the environment and the protection of sea life. Our founder John Krause has made several visits to Laguna Canyon Winery when he would commute between San Diego and Orange County. Philip Staley Vineyards & Winery is a small, family-owned grower/producer of fine wines. Located in the Alexander Valley near Healdsburg, California, amidst some of the most beautiful country on earth. But if you are touring the wine country Sonoma, you won't know where are vineyards or winery are.. And that's a pity, because it is small wineries that are producing some of California's finest wines such as Philip Staley Vineyards & Winery.
This place has one of the best views in Temecula, and it an excellent place to enjoy some wine outside. I loved their terrace overlooking the valley. They have a pretty broad selection of wines to choose from and their tasting prices are pretty comparative to what I've experience with other local vineyards. They also have this really neat self-serve area, where you buy a prepaid card, and can select whatever wine you want as a taste, half pour or full pour. Our first card didn't work, but the cashier came out and swapped it for us, and the second one was fine. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this beautiful winery. This was my first time out wine tasting and I can honestly say that I found a favorite at Callaway! We visited two others wineries on our trip and Callaway is the most memorable. The service was fantastic and welcoming. Really enjoyed their Summer Jazz concerts.
This is a wonderful place for different wines. You must call to arrange an appt and do so at least a week or two in advance. The grounds are wonderful and the building is special. We got to see the caves which had cement containers for some of the wine. Bring your camera for great garden photos. I personally loved their Chardonnay and Cab.
Tobe and Dylan put their heart and soul into every bottle. If you're a wine novice, just ask Tobe and she'll steer you straight! As you take the first taste, you'll start to unwind in the Sippy Lounge! If you're a wine geek - I'm totally sure that Dylan will find something of his to knock your sox off with!

THE LOVE STORY BEHIND CLOS SOLÈNE
At first, and we are talking when he was 5 years old, Guillaume was into winegrowing, following his father everywhere on their property in the Languedoc-Roussillon. But as he grew up he would be interested in what was happening to the grapes he had been helping to grow and got into winemaking as well. After graduating from Oenology and Viticulture in Carcassonne, his parents moved, selling the family property to buy a new one, in Bourg, a village near Bordeaux. Disappointed, Guillaume stayed in the Languedoc and visited his parents on weekends but not convinced to move… until he met her.
But they had different lives to live. She had to go to Spain and he had to go to California. Alas, their love survived the distance and they faced the obstacles together so that when he asked her to move with him to Paso Robles, refusing to take on the family property but instead developing his own brand, she knew his passion for wine would take them somewhere - she would just have to follow him and trust him. This is how, in 2007, they started Clos Solène. It isn’t all smooth and easy, but Guillaume works still with the same passion, which he claims is alive because the love of his life has faith and trust in him.
